Delivery Timeframes

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Pick-up via Akis Express / Box Now:
    1–2 business days

  • Home Delivery:
    Usually 2–3 business days, depending on your location and courier schedules.

*Delivery times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Akis Express / Box Now Pick-Up

  • FREE for orders over €60

  • €3,5 fee for orders below €60

Home Delivery

  • FREE for orders over €60

  • €3,5 fee for orders below €60

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options

We currently offer two convenient delivery methods:

1. Akis Express / Box Now Pick-Up

Collect your order at your preferred Akis Express or Box Now point.

You will be notified via email once your package is ready for collection.

2. Home Delivery

Your order will be delivered directly to your chosen address (home or work).

Please ensure your details are correct to avoid delays.

Important Notes

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect may require additional re-delivery fees.

  • In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
