At Skinhaus, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, we’re here to help.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Skincare or makeup items that have been unboxed

  • *Please ensure you are selecting the correct products before completing your order.

Eligible Returns (Under Specific Conditions)

We only accept returns if:

  • The product arrived damaged,

  • You received the wrong item,

  • Items arrived missing from your order.

In these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

You must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product(s)

  • Clear photos of the packaging/courier bag

  • A brief description of the issue

We will:

  • Replace the item

Refunds are not provided unless required by law.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed due to the courier (Akis Express or Box Now), we will assist you in tracking it.

Refunds cannot be issued for courier delays outside our control.

If a package is lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement.

Customer Responsibility

Skinhaus is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Failure to collect parcels

  • Damage caused after delivery

*Returned-to-sender parcels may require additional re-delivery fees.
